MR. C. P. SCOTT ILL. THE LATEST BULLETIN. (Received December 20. 5.55 p.m.) British "Wireless. I'UGBY, Dec. '23. Mr. C. P. Scott, for many years editor and proprietor and now governing director of the Manchester Guardian, is lying seriously ill at his home at. Manchester. This morning's bulletin reported that he had passed a good night and was somewhat better.
