THE GARDEN LOVERS.
Dear Miss Morton.—l think it would be a good idea to have, a " Garden-lovers' Corner" in our page once a month. All garden lovers in our circles could exchange plants and seeds, and send in any hints they might come across. lam sure there would be plenty of contributions, as almost everyone loves gardening. It would be just a friendly corner, no marks being given for contributions. I think if would prove popular, as we all like new plants and seeds for our gardens. I, for one, would be only too pleased to exchange and receive plants or seeds. Hoping you will consider this idea,—Your loving penfriend Nellie Garrett, Upper Papamoa. I think Nellie's idea is an excellent one, and contributions for a Gardening Corner may now be sent in, envelopes marked " The Garden-Lovers." Nellie has been awarded a silver star for her idea.
