The balance-sheet presented at the annual meeting of the Waihi Federal Band showed a credit balance at the bank of £4O, and an excess of assets over liabilities of £556.
The resignation of f lie secretarytreasurer, Mr. W. Paull, who took office in 1915, was received with general regret. Officers were elected as follows:—Patron, Mr. D. G.
