AKARANA YACHT CLUB.
A very enjoyable evening was held by the Akarana Yacht Club on Saturday iri the Clubhouse-by-the-sca. The music was supplied by Jack Rowe and his orchestra. Among those present were: Mrs. F. Jeffers, who wore black crepe de chine; Miss G. Vercoe, green crepe de chine; Miss M. R. Ratcliffe, blue georgette; Miss K. Vallely. blue floral crepe, do chine; Miss M. McPhail, black gorgctte and tulle; Miss Q. Sutcliff, peach georgette; Miss A. Thomas, powder bins georgette; Miss I. Ward, black crepe de chine; Miss M. Wright, black satin; Miss P. Wright, floral satin; Miss A. Hare, daffodil satm; Miss M. James, green crepe de chine; Miss L. Peachey, orange satin; Miss N. Finch, bine georgette;. Miss N. Burton, mauve taffeta : Miss h. Marsh, apricot taffeta; Miss K. Kinkela, beige moire satin; Miss E. Hosking, peach satin beaute; Miss M. Browne, red floral georgette: Miss A. Lee, green silk lace; Miss B. Titchener, apricot georgette: Miss Z. Gould, blue satin beaute; Miss M. Taylor, green spotted ninon.
