THE FINANCIAL ASPECT. DISCUSSION BY COMMITTEE. (Received September 25, 7.15 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Sept. '24. The Federal Structure Committee today concluded its discussion on the strength and composition of the proposed Indian Federal Legislature, and passed to the question of the distribution of the financial resources between the federation arid its units.
On this subject Sir Provash Mitter, of Bengal, and Mr. Iyengar spoke at length.
