Mr. T. B. Dwan, of Wellington, returned to New Zealand yesterday bv the Sonoma after a trip to Honolulu and the United States. He is at the Central Hotel.
Mr. tt. Martindale and Mr. W. Kitson, of Wellington, M. Quigley, of Gisborne, Mr. A. Carlson, of Okoroirt, and Mr. T. Jephcoate, of Kaikohe, are at the Royal Hotel.
Mr. M. H. Wynyard returned to Aucltland yesterday after attending a meeting of the South Island Motor Union in Christchurch and a meeting of the Main Highways Board in Wellington.
Mr. W. E. W. Lewis, who has been studying at the Royal College of" Art, returned to New Zealand by the CorinthTc, which reached Wellington this week. He will take up a position as design master at the Hamilton Technical College.
Mr. F. S. Champ, of London, who has been appointed an art master at the Elam School of Art, arrived at Wellington by the Corinthlc this week. Mr. Chanip reached Auckland on Thursday and ho will take up his new duties on Monday. IJe has studied at the Eastbourne School of Art and the Royal College of Art.
