GOVERNOR'S HEALTH TRIP. DEPARTURE FROM QUEBEC. (Received September 17. 7.43 p.m.) QUEBKC, Sept. 16. Mr. Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, who lias been in Nova Scotia several weeks recuperating, sailed for England to-day from Quebec.
