INVESTIGATIONS CONTINUED. i INSPECTOR CUMMINGS RETURNS. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PALMERSTON NORTH, Monday. The largo force of detectives engaged in unravelling tho mystery of the murder of Edwin Blakeway on the Kairere Road three weeks ago is still working hard and it is regarded as significant that Inspector J. Cummings, of Dunedin, returned to Palmerstou North on Friday.
