.*. AUSTRALIA HOUSE STAFF. SALARY CUT AND BUDGET. LONDON, Sept. 11. The Prime Minister of Australia, Mr. Scullin, has cabled rejecting the plea of tho staff of Australia House to reconsider ■the 20 per cent, cut in their salaries. " We are caught both ways," said a member of the staff in commenting on the British Budget. " This, on the top of the Australian reductions, -will be the last straw."-
