.«•. CANADA AND SOUTH AFRICA. CONVERSATIONS IN PROGRESS. OTTAWA, Sept. 11. Canada and South Africa may make a now trade agreement. The South African Trade Commissioner at New York, Dr. Botha, is in Ottawa discussing the matter with the Government.
