Gnnrlhi reaches Folkestone on Saturday lie will complete his journey to London by car, in company with officials of tho India Pound Table Conference. This has been arranged to save him from the results which the public interest in his arrival might entail. He will be given a welcome at Folkestone by n. reception committco formed under tho chairmanship of Mr. Laurence Ilousman. It is arranged on the. basis that Mr. Gandhi should bo honoured as a great personality, rather than as the leader of any particular political movement.
