JURY FAILS TO AGREE.
LOCKED UP UNTIL TO-DAY.

The jury in the Mungana case sent a message to the Chief Justice, Sir James Blair, this morning saying they required more time to consider the evidence, whereupon they were locked up until Monday morning.
