AIRMAN CONVALESCING.
FUTURE PLANS UNCERTAIN.

Mr. F. C. Chichester, who was injured recently when his aeroplane crashed at Kalsuura, is convalescing at Sbingu, in the Wakayama Prefecture. He will leave hospital in a few days, and will recuperate at Mr. Eitaro Suzuki's home at Katsuura.
According to the Nichi Nichi Shimbun, the airman told a friend that if backers were not found in Japan he would sell the remains of bis seaplane for 4000 yen (£400) and go to England to raise tho necessary funds for a second attempt by writing a book and in other ways.
