CRASH IN JAPAN.
NAVAL AEROPLANE FAILS.
THREE OCCUPANTS KILLED.
(Received August 23, 8.15 p.m.) TOKIO, August 22,
While engaged in a practice flight today at Kasumigaura, a naval aeroplane failed and crashed from a height of 650 feet. A lieutenant and two non-commis-sioned officers were killed.
