GANDHI AND VICEROY.
REQUEST FOR INTERVIEW.
" HEART-TO-HEART TALK."

Mr. Gandhi has telegraphed to the Viceroy, Viscount Willingdon, seeking an interview.
It is understood that ho assured the Viceroy of his desire to prevent a breakdown of the Delhi agreement. He says he is anxious for a heart-to-heart talk with the Viceroy.
