Sir,—ln reply to Mr. Geo. Large's letter of July 11, I wish to say that he greatly helps my contention, in stating that the condition of Russia and Spain has .been brought about entirely through the religions prevailing in those countries. He also names the religions and gives a list 4 of other things that are prevailing in New Zealand, which he rightly condemns, hence the greater necessity of instilling into the minds of the youth of New Zealand the secret of the greatness of the Empire of which we form a part, namely, the Inspit'fcd Word of God, which is the Bible.
