gi r) As you point out in Saturday's issue' the New Zealand exchange rate on London is not justified by figures. In a banking sense New Zealand is still partly a" dependency of New South Wales, and until our money is under our own control our exchange will be influenced by that of Australia. If New Zealand is to prosper it must attract capital and population. Surely, even to the minimum intelligence, banking reform seems indicated. ' ' E - L - R -
