The Court of Appeal to-day, in giving judgment regarding the application by the New Zealand Law Society in the case of the two Auckland barristers and solicitors, Ronald Gray Mason and Charles Ellis Waddingham, against, whom various professional irregularities were alleged, ordered th*at they be struck off the rolls. In giving the decision of the Court, the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, said the Court was unanimously of the opinion that the only coyrse to be adopted was to strike the practitioners off the rolls, and that would accordingly bo done. .. . •

Costs, £ls 15s, were allowed the Law Society, together with disbursement;, which included a special audit fee of £45 3s.
