FORTY-EIGHT HOURS A WEEK. ARBITRATION COURT AWARD. (Received January 1. 5.5 p.m.) PERTH. Jan. 1. The Western Australian Arbitration Court has made an order covering employees in the Government service. The working week is increased to 48 hours.
