NEW LIGHT CAR.
PRODUCTION IN BRITAIN.
REMARKABLE QUALITIES
LONDON, Dec. 29.
The motoring correspondents of English newspapers refer to the trial of £IOO "baby" cars from well-known works, to be sold in the New Year. They say they will develop a speed of 55 milos an hour and a normal cruising speed of 40 miles. They are remarkable for their road-hold-ing-qualities, hill-climbing, braking power, and acceleration. A car is easily lifted by two persons.
Critics say the new cars will revolu lionise motoring.
