FORMATION IN HAMILTON. [BT TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Friday. A decision to form a United Services Officers' Association was made at a meeting of officers of the land, naval and air forces in Hamilton last evening. Major J. A. McDonald presided.
