CONTROL OF CYCLING.
THE NEW ZEALAND UNION. FAVOURABLE RULING GIVEN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Word was received in Wellington today that the decision of tho Union Cycliste Internationale regarding the control of amateur and professional cycling in New Zealand was in favour of the New Zealand Union of Cyclists. The decision is made subject to Australia relinquishing its control of local professionals. A final decision regarding professionals will bo made at tho next congress.
