Short, hair* dresser and tobacconist, was entered through a window and about 50s was taken. A few shillings were taken from Mr. A. Zarnich's restaurant, which was entered through an already-broken win* dow. Other premises entered were tlia motor engineering works of j\lr. h. Middlemiss, and the shop of Mr. F. J. "Wilson, hairdresser and tobacconist.
