LOYAL CHEVALIER LODGE.
ANNIVERSARY BALL HELD. Tho soventh anniversary ball of the Loyal Chevalier Lodge, Manchester Unity Oddfellows, was held in the Oddfellows' Hall last evening and proved very enjoyable. Some charming frocks wore worn by the dancers and the mombers of tho lodge were in regalia. The dance music supplied by the Gilham Melody Boys' Band was thoroughly appreciated. Among those present/ were: —Miss Thelma Johnson, who wore a frock of flame crepe de chine; Miss Violet Gates, lettuce green lace with an apricot velvet girdle; Miss L. White, flame georgette with a hem of gold lace; Miss Doel, cameo pink georgette with a pink embossed chenille georgette coatee; Miss Viola Perkins, black net heavily embroidered with soquins; Miss Olive Perkins, gold lame; Miss V. Francis, black ring velvet and Italian lace; Miss D. Moore, salmon pink satin with a deeply scalloped hem; Miss B. Starr, apple green crepe de chine with a flame shoulder spray; Miss T. pale petunia lace inlet with bands of silver; Miss W. Crooke, terra cotta georgette; Miss Elva Thomas, old gold satin embroidered with emerald green; Miss Carter, black ninon; Mrs. W. F. Bishop, powder blue taffeta; Miss H. Lythgo, peach crepe de chine; Miss E. Lythgo, black georgette with a lacquer red girdle; Miss E. Crocker, periwinkle blue lace over satin; Miss Slanwny, henna satin bodice and a net skirt; Miss Raw, black panne velvet with a rod shoulder flower; Miss Chapman, corn coloured sprigged satin; Mrs. W. Pearson, black taffeta appliqued with pink flowers; Miss S. Ford, cameo pink georgetto and silver lace; Mrs. C. Rowell, white satin embroidered with powder blue flowers.
