MONEY OF COUNTY COUNCIL. [liV TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NELSON, Wednesday. Tho former clerk to (ho Collingwood County Council, Gilbert Owen Ellis, who was brought back from Perth, was charged this morning with tho theft of £lO, tho property of the County Council. Ho was remanded for a week.
