JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT.
[BY TELEGIt A I'll. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] HOKITIKA, Friday.
A caso was brought in the Supreme Court by Julia Devancy, hotelkeeper, who claimed from the Bank of New Zealand, Ilokilika, a receipt for £2OO for an alleged fixed deposit. After heaving lengthy evidence Mr. Justice Adams gavo judgment for defendant with costs.
