FRUIT BATTER PUDDING.
Batter, fruit, sugar, flour, i pint Milk, two eggs, pinch of salt. Mako batter and allow to stand. Grease basin. Half fill basin with prepared fruit and fill up with batter, cover with greased paper, and steam until well risen and firm to the touch. Turn out and serve with cream or a suitable sauce.
