NEW REGULATIONS FRAMED. (Received August 14. 12.5 a.m.) LONDON. August 13. Arising from the Hairy frauds the committee of the London Stock Exchange has adopted new regulations for safeguarding investors. These were recommended by a sub committee after it had heard the evidence of bankers, lawyers and accountants. 1 • _' The new regulations will bring the transfer of shares more closely under the control of the Stock Exchange. To protect municipal issues the Exchange will insist on fuller details in connection with dotation companies.
