BANKRUPT ACCOUNTANT.
CREDITORS URGE DISCHARGE. A further meeting of creditors of Herbert Frederick Owen Twigden, accountant, of Auckland, was held yesterday to confirm a resolution passed at a previous meeting that the official assignee should use his best efforts to facilitate bankrupt's discharge, and that his furniture should ho returned lo him. Tho official assignee, Mr. A. W. Wattors, presided. This action was necessary as the value of the furniture exceeded £SO. The resolution was confirmed unanimously.
