EFFECT OF ANAESTHETIC.
DUNEDIN HOSPITAL CASE.

At an inquest concerning the death of Emily Fannie Callaghan, of Invcrcargill, a married woman, aged 70, who collapsed after a successful surgical operation, the coroner found that death was due to heart failure, the result of taking an anaesthetic, which was properly administered in the Dunodin Hospital.
