CHRISTENING AT WANGANUj. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGANUI, Thursday. The boat "Ao-tea-roa," to bo used by the New Zealand rowing eight at th<> British Empire Games in Canada, was christenod to-day in tho presence of a largo number of enthusiasts. The ceremony was performed by Mr. A. J. Rogors, Mayor of Wanganui. Messrs. W. Webb and W. Sharpe also spoko at tho ceremony.
