ACCIDENT AT TOWN HALL.

INJURY TO PIANO SALESMAN.

To fall 14ft. through a trap-door into a collar below the Town Hall and escape with bruises to his right shoulder was the experience yesterday of Mr. Sydney L. Eady, aged 33, of The Parade, Kohimarama. Mr. Eady, who is a salesman employed by Lewis Eady, Ltd., was supervising tho removal of a piano in the Town Hall yesterday morning. In walking backwards for some distance, ho did not notice the trap-door and fell. Tho St. John Ambulance removed Mr. Eady to tho Auckland Hospital. His condition last evening was reported to be satisfactory.
