HONEYMOON BY ORDER.
JUDGE ORDERS 30 DAYS.
A sixty-five-ye.ir-old couple, when the wife sued in a Chicago Court for her allowance to be increased from £2 to £3, were sentenced to a 30-day honeymoon. The demure little woman said that her husband had put her in an infirmary after sho had helped him to save £13,000. They were married 40 years ago.
"The Judge: You two need a honeymoon. Did you ever havo one ? Both shook their heads. / The Judge: Where would you like to go on a honeymoon ? The Wife: To Florida. Tho Husband: To California.
Tho Judge: Well, let us compromise. Get ready for a trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and start immediately. I'll see you down there. Thirty days at Hot Springs.
