STUDIO DANCE.
The customary "supper dance," arranged by Miss Cecil Hall for her pupils and friends, took place on Wednesday evening at tho studios, Regent Theatre ballroom. Supper was served in the new palm court. The dance was very bright and the studio looked most attractive. Miss Bettina Edwards and Mr. Crawford-Norris cavo a demonstration of the "quick stop," and Miss Clare Seale danced an attractive "Indian dagger dance" in costume.
Miss Cecil Hall wore a bluo and mauve opalescent ankle-longth frock; Miss Bettina Edwards, a silver embroidored seagreen georgette with uneven hemline; Miss Peggy Holmes, apricot georgette, with dipping hemline; Miss Mona Craig, floral ninon in cyclamen tonings; Miss Cieclv Venables, powder blue taffeta; Miss Marcella. Laurie,, pale pink georgette; Miss M. Edwards, ivory georgette with uneven hem; Miss R. Hitcliens, cyclamen crepe- do chine: Miss E. Hammill, pink taffeta with lulle hem; Miss Dean, silver Inmo and taffeta; Miss G. Scarborough, blue lace and rose shoulder spray; Miss N. Johnson, blue crepe do chine; Miss Henley, pink and cream chiffon with touches of black, and coatee; Miss E. Robb, black and silver georgette with coral pink hip bow: Miss Clare Seale, champagne and pink floral taffeta.
