ALEXANDRA PUDDING.
Beat ,"o;is. butter to a cream with same quantity of castor sugar; add two eggs, well beaten, and three tablespoonfuls of marmalade. Finally shake in gradually four heaped tablespoonfuls flour and one tablespoonful baking powder. Beat all well together; turn into a well buttered basin and steam for Tv hours. Serve with cornflour sauce.
