CHICHESTER'S FLIGHT.
FURTHER CONGRATULATION'S BRITISH AIR COUNCIL. British Wireless. RUGBY, Feb. 2. Lord Thomson, Secretary of State for 4ir, sent a telegram of congratulation on behalf of the Air Council to Mr. F. C. Chichester, the New Zealand airman, who recently completed a solo flight to Australia from Croydon. RETURN TO WELLINGTON. RECEPTION BEING ARRANGED. WELLINGTON, Monday. Mr. Chichester will leave Sydney on Friday by the Maunganui foy Wellington. The vessel is due at this port one week from to-day. The airman is to be accorded a combined Government and civic reception.
