DISCUSSION AT THE HAGUE.
DOMINIONS' DIFFICULTIES. (Received January 16, .5.5 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Jan. 35. It was announced at a meeting of the "Big Six" that Australia and Germany had reached an agreement on the question of the liquidation of ex-German property. An unexpected hitch arose, however, and the agreement has not been signed. New Zealand also has not yet cbme to an agreement. ' In her case Samoa is the outstanding point in dispute.
