SNOW OBSCURES VISION. FIVE AMERICAN WOMEN KILLED. (Received November 22, 10.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 21. A message from Dallas, Texas, says a negro chauffeur, his vision obscured by a heavy fall of snow, drove a motor-car into (he side of a fast-moving train. Five 'white women passengers in his car were killed, and he. was seriously injured.
