UNREST IN UKRAINE.
ANTI-SOVIET CONSPIRACY. NEIGHBOUR STATE IMPLICATED. (Received November 22, 8.5 p.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 21. A counter-revolutionary organisation headed by Chekhovsky, who was formerly Premier in Petlura's Government, the ex-Ministers Efremoff and Mikoffsky and several others, has been discovered in the Ukraine. The Tass news agency says the aim of the organisation is to convert (lie Ukraino into a capitalistic State controlled by a certain neighbouring Stale. It is said to' have been in close contact with the Petlurist centre in Poland and with foreign representatives in the Ukraine. Also the organisation is reported to have created a union of Ukrainian youths for the purpose of making attempts on the lives of members of the Soviet Government. Members of the organisation who have been arrested have confessed. Thoy will bo tried by the Ukrainian Supremo Court.
