On f,ho ovening of Armistico Day the Prince of Wales will again address the Festival of Empiro and Remembrance arranged by tho British Legion at tbo Albert Hall. Tho Prince, who is patron of tho legion, addressed a similar gathering last Armistico Day. Field-Marshal Lord Methuen, who prosided yesterday at the conferenco of the British Legion, gave reasons for being strongly in favour of pilgrimages to tho battlefields. He said a knowledge of tho people of other countries would conduce to peace more than anything else. When ho was a military attache in Berlin bo was as fond of the Germans as ho was of the English pcoplo, and in a time of sorrow ho had received from thorn sympathy which ho would never forget. .
