COLLISION WITH TRAIN.
AN OCTOGENARIAN MOTORIST
FORTUNATE ,ESCAPE UNHURT.

A collision between a motor-car driven by an octogenarian, Mr. William Baker, a well-known resident of Claudelands, and tho Cambridge-Frankton train occurred at the Grey Street crossing, Claudelands, yesterday. Mr. Baker, who is 83 years of age, was driving along Grey Street in a northerly direction when lie met in collision with tho train. Tho car was turned completely round, and the engine and bonnet were extensively damaged. Mr. Baker, who was alono in the car, escaped unhurt.
