The British Lord Privy Seal and Minister in Charge of Unemployment, Mr. J. H. Thomas, will submit a proposal to his Government that'extensive elevators bo erected at certain British ports in which to store wheat. Canadian Government officials say they seo great possibilities for Canada and Australia if tho proposal is acccptod. The idea is to include cold storage and dry storage. The immediate objoct would bo to relievo unemployment in Britain.
