SUPPOSED PRINCE LOST.
CASE OF APPARENT SUICIDE

BERLIN. Sept. 13.
The police are investigating the disappearance of a mysterious stranger, who is rumoured to bo a Prince of tho House of Hapsburg. The man in question hired a boat on Lake Koenigsee and vanished. He left an unsigned letter in which he said he had unknowingly financed somo bombthrowers, and preferred death to dishonour.
The writer requested that if his body wero found it should not ho placed in the family vault, as his crowned ancestors would turn in their graves if they were lying nest to a Socialist. He asked to bo buried on tho shores of his beloved Koenigsec.
