KAPOWAI RIVER BRIDGE.
MENACE OF WANDERING STOCK.

The Minister of Public Works wrote stating that it was proposed to seek Cabinet's approval -cf a grant of £750 for the erection of the bridge over the Kapowai Hives, in, the Curaglen disirict.
The council adhered to its previous resolution dealing., with the maintenance of and improvements to the CalviHe Cemeteiy. The Mitin Highways Board advised that, in the* present condition of its finances, there was prospect of the CoroglenEairoarama and the Coromandel-Colville roads being declared main highways. A report on maintenance work urgently required on the Coromandel Countv division of the Thttmes-Coromsndei road
