EARTHQUAKE AT MURCHISON.
PRESENTATION TO MR. B. F. SPIERS

, At the conference of New Zealand Motor Traders at ■ Palmerslon North'this evening a presentation was made to Mr. B. F. Spiers, of Murchison, in recognition of the public service, rendered by him during the earthquake. Mr. Spiers is a motor contractor and his Vehicles were freely placed in use in the evacuation of settlers from the stricken area.
