In tho House of Commons the Conservatives and the Liberals supported a resolution moved by Sir l£. Hilton Young, Conservative member for Norwich, thanking Mr. J. H. Thomas, Lord Privy Seal, for so promptly carrying out pi cages given by Conservative candidates at the recent general election, The resolution was greeted with laughter.
