STRUCK BY MOTOR-BUS.

YOUNG WOMAN INJURED. ACCIDENT AT DEVONPORT. While crossing Albert Road, Devonport, about half-past nine last evening, a young woman, Miss Catherine Casey, was knocked down by a Blue bus going from the direction of the wharf and sustained a fracture of the thigh-bone. Miss Casey had just alighted from a bus near her home, at 42, Albert Road, and was crossing the road in front of it, when she was struck by the second vehicle coming from behind. After treatment by Dr. Eade she was taken to the Auckland Hospital in tho Devonport ambulance. Afc a late hour her condition was not regarded as serious.
