RHINELAND EVACUATION.
QUESTION OF REPARATION

The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Arthur Henderson, was questioned in the House of Commons to day about the date of tlie withdrawal of the British troops from 1110 Rhineland. In reply he repeated what lie had said on tho subject on Friday last as to the Government's desire to expedite the matter in co-operation with France and Belgium.
The exact date of the evacuation l>y tlie three occupying Powers would have to he determined by the International Conference, which would meet in the near future. The evacuation of the Rhineland was hound up with the settlement of the Young reparation pian, but it must not he concluded that there would he no evacuation UDtil the reparation question was settled. It is learned that Uio Dominions will be represented by thoir own delegates at the International Conference on the Young plan and the Rhineland evacuation.
