AMERICAN COMPANY'S PLANS. The Listerene products of an American company of manufacturing chemists are shortly to lie manufactured in New Zealand, according to Mr. C. 11. Ilacilc, a representative of the firm, who arrived at Auckland from Sydney by the Ulimaroa yesterday. "The Listerene products, disinfectant, tooth-pastes and similar goods, have developed such a sale in Australia and New Zealand that factories are to be established to supply the two countries," Mr 1 Ilaerlc said. "We have decided to erect a factory in Wellington and a New Zealand company to manufacture the products will shortly be formed."

The Almadale Jersey pedigree stock by Mr. \V. 11. Miers, of Rotoluna. was offered for salo by Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., to-day. There was a large attendance of buyers. Ten cows averaged 57gns. eight rising two-year-old heifers averaged Signs, ten yearling heifers 52Igns, and three aged bulla G1 l-3gns, while fourteen younger bulls averaged 42gns. The best priced heifer was Almadale Sea Breeze, which was bought by Mr. W. B. Noble. of Durban, South Africa, for 120gn3. Mr. L. Clark. Man a warn, paid 115gns for the bull Oakland KCB.
