MORE RESTRICTION URGED.

"Certain restrictions in regard to the area available for seine not fishing in tho Hauraki Gulf are desired by all tho Auckland members of Parliament," said Air. 11. It. Jenkins (Parnell), in the House of Representatives this afternoon. Ho hoped (ho Minister of Marine would givo careful consideration to (ho request for tho preservation of fish there.
Incidentally, Air. Jenkins paid a warm tribute to tho work done in that direction by Air. W. E. Parry, Labour member for Auckland Central.
